My Lucky Chanel No. 5

While I was losing myself on the web I found the new Chanel add, promoting the most famous perfume of the world: N°5.

I have to say that usually I am not a big fan to promote advertising on blog, but this one is really amazing.

Since the 6th of May you can find the new Chanel advertising spot on the screen. Following the footsteps of Nicole Kidman, actress Audrey Tautou will step into the starring role of a Jean-Pierre Jeunet-directed commercial for Chanel No. 5

The theme is missed encounters between strangers — played by Tautou and model Travis Davenport — as they ride the Orient Express from Paris to Istanbul.

There is no dialogue, only the vivid color imagery Jeunet is known for.

A teaser will debut later on this week on chaneln5.com, around the same time.
The full film launched on the web May 5, and will air on TV in shorter versions, followed by a print add shot by Dominique Isserman.
