Swinging London VII

What's new for the weekend??

We go see Trafalgar Christmas tree. Each year since 1947, a Norway offers a Christmas tree to Londoners to show their gratitude for Britain's support during World War II. For many Londoners the Christmas tree and carol singing in Trafalgar Square represent the start of Christmas countdown.

We drink at The Tea House. If you are looking for a warm place to drink a White Jasmine tea (my favorite) this is one of the best spot in London. Even better, these teas make useful gifts – anyone for a cuppa?

We shop Sonia Rykiel at H&M. The French house founded by the “Queen of Knits” represents the distinctive, modern and impertinent spirit of Paris. Sonia Rykiel pour H&M will be available on 5th December.

We listen to Taken by Trees, my favorite, song of John Lewis Christmas ad campaign: Sweet Child O’ Mine (original by Guns & Roses, you knew that already)

Have a lovely weekend…
Mathilde.
