London's cinema under the stars returns with a varied program of films for 2009, screened in the beautiful surroundings of Somerset House, in association with BAFTA.
A foundation of the city's cinematic calendar, the 10-day series takes in everything from fresh blockbusters to cult classics, joyful musicals to chilling thriller!

The stunning backdrop of Somerset House is transformed into an open air cinema for a short time this summer.
The cinema presents a state of the art giant screen, 35mm projection and surround sound.
You can bring rugs, cushions and blankets to make yourself comfortable in the courtyard. Picnics are also allowed. DJs will perform before the film so arrive early at this popular event to grab a good spot.

This year's program will start with the UK premiere of Almodovar's Broken Embraces. Get your cinema tickets now!
