Bake me a Quiche

Winter is already here, what a better timing for cooking?

I am presenting you today one of my favourite “winter comfort food”: The Quiche. Named after the Lorraine region of north-east France, Quiche is a classic of French recipes.

Serves: 6

Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 35 minutes

Ingredients

- 200g of Mash-potatoes
- 6 eggs
-200g of grated cheese (emmental)
- 10ml of Crème fraiche

1) Mix all the ingredients together in a big bowl.
2) Pour into partialy baked pastry case.
3) Cook in the oven for ~30 minutes until set and browned on top.

Tips: it is delicious served with a green salad and tangy relish.
